Return and Refund Policy
At Designing Galaxy, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Because many of our items are custom-made specifically for you, our return policy varies depending on the type of product purchased.
1. Signature Series (Ready-Made Items)
Our Signature Series includes items that are pre-designed and not customized. These items are eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. Customized Items
Items that have been personalized, custom-designed, or made-to-order are not eligible for return or refund.
Note: Because these products are specifically designed for a particular customer, they cannot be restocked or resold. We appreciate your understanding of the unique nature of custom craftsmanship.
3. Damaged, Wrong, or Misplaced Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. Regardless of whether an item is from the Signature Series or is a Customized product, we will process requests for:
Damaged Packaging: If your order arrives damaged.
Wrong Items: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
Delivery Issues: Items misplaced or lost during transit.
In these instances, please contact us immediately so we can make it right through a replacement or appropriate resolution.
4. How to Request Support
If you need to initiate a return for a Signature Series item or report a delivery issue, please use one of the following official channels:

5. Refunds & Processing
Once your return (for non-custom items) is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Sale Items: For items in sale, if order is eligible for refund or return, maximum refund amount can be selling price.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company (it may take time before the refund is officially posted).
Contact your bank regarding their processing times.
