Do you provide ready-to-assemble employee onboarding or welcome kits?
Yes, we assemble complete welcome kits and festive hampers containing your chosen items. While our standard boxes are sturdy, plain brown corrugated boxes rather than custom-printed boxes, we brand them professionally by applying high-quality printed logo stickers directly on top.
How long does production and delivery take for bulk orders?
For quantities under 500 units, our standard processing and shipping time is 1 to 3 days. For orders between 500 and 1,000 units, the timeline depends on the specific product mix and customization type, which we confirm beforehand.
Do I need to provide print-ready vector artwork?
Clients do not need to provide ready-made vector files. You can share your raw ideas, rough concepts, or reference images, and our team will handle the editing and layout. We share digital mockups with you for approval and keep you on board throughout the design process before actual printing begins.
Can we include tech gadgets, notebooks, or unlisted custom items in our gift boxes?
We can source and include external items like premium tech gadgets or specialized notebooks if they are feasible to procure. You will pay the standard retail price for those specific extra items with no added sourcing markup from us.
