1. Delivery Coverage

• We currently ship across India only.

• Delivery availability is subject to the reach of our courier partners including DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Indian Post, and others via Shiprocket.

• Some remote areas may have limited serviceability based on courier coverage. In such cases, we will inform you prior to dispatch.

2. Order Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Finalization of design and production generally takes 1–2 business days.

• Bulk Orders (100+ units): Processing time may extend to 2+ days depending on complexity and quantity.

• After final confirmation of the mockup from the customer, the product moves into printing and packaging.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of production completion.

• Estimated delivery timeline:

  • Metro Cities: 3–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Non-Metro/Rural Areas: 4–5 business days (may vary slightly based on courier efficiency).

• Bulk orders may be shipped via cost-effective alternatives (e.g., bus transport), based on prior discussion.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

• While some products may include free shipping, most orders are billed the actual shipping charges levied by third-party courier partners.

• We always aim to minimize delivery costs for your comfort and convenience.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

• You can monitor real-time delivery progress using the provided tracking link.

6. Bulk/Corporate Orders

• For large-scale or corporate orders, we will personally discuss and confirm:

  • Preferred shipping method (courier or transport)

  • Dispatch timelines and expected delivery window

• We ensure that all event-related or time-sensitive bulk orders are prioritized and completed within the required deadline.

7. Delays & Exceptions

• While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (like weather disruptions, courier delays, strikes, etc.) may impact delivery.

• In such cases:

  • We will promptly notify you of the delay

  • Offer alternate solutions (including re-shipping via a different service)

  • Take full responsibility for delays originating from our side

8. Event-Specific or Gift Deliveries

• We guarantee timely completion and dispatch of orders that are meant for specific occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate events.

• Please inform us in advance of your delivery deadline to help us prioritize accordingly.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• In rare cases of damaged or lost parcels during transit, customers are requested to:

  • Contact us immediately upon noticing the issue

  • Share relevant photos and order information for verification

• After verification, we will initiate the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund, as deemed suitable.

10. Local Pickup Option

• We proudly offer a local pickup facility from our workshop.

• Pickup orders are eligible for special discounts and faster processing.
